Gilleran’s Island Band is a talented husband-and-wife duo bringing a rich, genre-blending sound to audiences across the Florida Panhandle.

Featuring Terra Jean Otto on violin, electric cello, and vocals, and John Gilleran on guitar and vocals, the duo combines exceptional musicianship with decades of experience. Terra Jean, mentored by legendary fiddler Vassar Clements, has performed alongside artists such as Peter Rowan, Howard Levy, John Cowan, and members of String Cheese Incident and the David Grisman Quintet.

John Gilleran was signed by Warner Bros. early in his career, recording the hit “Summer Sun,” and later toured Europe as a classically trained vocalist. With a background in recording engineering and years of performing in Hawaii, he brings depth and versatility to the duo.
