I went to Pineapple Willy's and honestly it lived up to the hype. The location alone is unreal and its right on the beach with a full ocean view, so you’re basically eating with your feet in the sand. That part alone makes it worth going, especially around sunset. Food-wise, I got the shrimp and it was actually so good. Seasoned well and the sauce that was on the side was really good. I also tried some of their drinks, the slushy cup that is provided with the $10 refillable drink option was pretty cool. The vibe is very spring break/beachy, so it’s loud and busy, but in a fun way. It’s not somewhere you go for a quiet dinner thought, it’s more of a “go with friends, hang out, and enjoy the atmosphere” type of place. The service was pretty good considering how packed it was and our server was nice and checked on us a lot, which I appreciated a ton.

Food was ok. Most of the menu was fried. There were a few non fried items. Ribs, Mahi, grilled shrimp. Pretzel bites were good. Pineapple salsa on Mahi was great. Ribs were ok. Location and views are what you are paying for, not the food.

Great wait staff and delicious food. Parking can be painful. We found a spot at 4 pm when we arrived. Later, found out they have at least 3 other parking lots within a block or so.

I loved the pork here. The island nachos were amazing with tons of sweet pineapple sauce on top. We sit right above the beach with an amazing ocean view. I recommend this to any beach lover. Plus, their iconic pineapple willy drink comes virgin or not, both have pineapple and cream of coconut. The service is great and our server, John, took a picture for us and checked in on us.
