Strength in Action: Girls Inc. Leads the Way
Published on June 23, 2025 by Pineapple Willy’s
Saturday morning was one to remember! Our third summer beach cleanup brought together 163 volunteers who rolled up their sleeves to protect our shoreline—and in doing so, helped us donate $1,630 to Girls Inc. of Bay County through the Pineapple Willy’s Foundation.
But the generosity didn’t stop there.
A Special Visit from Oh So Juicy
We were thrilled to welcome a surprise guest: a Girls Inc. alum who now owns a local Italian ice truck called Oh So Juicy. As a way to give back to the organization that helped shape her future, she showed up and treated every volunteer to free Italian ice. It was the perfect way to cool down after an hour of hard work, and an inspiring reminder of the lasting impact Girls Inc. has on our community.
About Girls Inc. of Bay County
Girls Inc. works to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through after-school programs, summer camps, and mentorship, they provide young women with the tools to grow into confident leaders. From STEM education and health and wellness to financial literacy and life skills, Girls Inc. equips girls to overcome barriers and reach their full potential—both in school and in life.
Their mission is clear: to create a world where every girl can thrive—and on Saturday, our beach cleanup crew helped make that mission a little more powerful.
Next Up: Panama City Rescue Mission – June 28

Bring your friends, grab your buckets, and meet us at Pineapple Willy’s at 8:30 AM!
