Summer Beach Cleanups Are Back!
Published on June 10, 2025 by Pineapple Willy’s
This past Saturday, we officially kicked off our Summer Beach Cleanup Series—and what a way to start the season! A total of 118 amazing volunteers showed up bright and early to help keep our stretch of Panama City Beach clean and beautiful. To honor their effort, the Pineapple Willy’s Foundation donated $1,180 each to our two featured nonprofit organizations: PCB Paws and Claws and The Evers House.
These cleanups aren’t just about protecting our beaches—they’re also about giving back to our community, and we couldn’t have picked a better pair of local nonprofits to launch our summer of service.
PCB Paws and Claws
This small but mighty all-volunteer organization is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming pets in need. Without a physical shelter, PCB Paws and Claws relies entirely on foster homes to give animals a second chance. Their work is grassroots, heart-driven, and makes a real difference for countless animals in Bay County.
The Evers House
A faith-based, sober living program, The Evers House provides a safe and structured environment for individuals seeking long-term recovery. Residents commit to a 6–12 month program focused on accountability, spiritual growth, and personal responsibility. The program includes mandatory drug and alcohol screening, weekly chores, job placement, recovery classes, and church attendance—all within a democratically run home designed to support true, lasting change.
We are proud to support both of these life-changing organizations, and grateful for everyone who showed up to help us do it.
Want to Join the Next Cleanup?
We’ll be out there every Saturday through September 13, 2025, from 8:30–9:30 AM at Pineapple Willy’s.
Each week:
- We donate $10 per participant to that week’s featured nonprofit.
- You’ll be entered to win awesome raffle prizes (yes, every single week!).
- Attend 3 or more cleanups and you’re automatically entered to win one of our grand prizes, including a Nintendo Switch, Yeti cooler + pontoon rental, and a Sunset Beach Bonfire experience.
It’s an easy way to do some good, win cool stuff, and enjoy the beach we all love. So grab your friends, bring a bucket, and join us next Saturday!
Let’s make waves for good this summer.
