$1,880 Raised for Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County
Published on June 29, 2026
The Pineapple Willy’s Foundation’s Summer Beach Cleanup Series continued on Saturday, June 27, with another morning of community service and generosity. A total of 94 volunteers joined us to help keep Panama City Beach clean while supporting an organization dedicated to helping local youth thrive.
As part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to giving back, $10 is donated to that week’s featured nonprofit for every volunteer who participates in the cleanup. With 94 volunteers lending a hand, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County was set to receive a donation of $940.
But once again, the Pineapple Willy’s Foundation chose to go a step further.
The Foundation doubled the donation, presenting $1,880 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County to support the organization’s mission of providing young people with a safe, positive environment where they can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
Every Volunteer Makes a Difference
Each Saturday morning, our volunteers do more than remove litter from our beautiful beaches—they help strengthen our community. Every person who gives just one hour of their time helps preserve the natural beauty of Panama City Beach while generating meaningful support for local nonprofit organizations.
This week’s turnout of 94 volunteers continues the incredible momentum of this summer’s cleanup series and demonstrates what can happen when a community comes together for a common purpose.
Thank You to Our Raffle Sponsors
A special thank you goes out to our generous raffle sponsors, whose donations help make each cleanup even more exciting for our volunteers. Their continued support plays an important role in the success of this event, and we encourage everyone to support the local businesses that give back to our community.
Join Us Next Saturday
The Pineapple Willy’s Foundation Summer Beach Cleanup Series continues every Saturday through September 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Next Saturday’s cleanup will benefit Basic NWFL, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community through HIV prevention, education, testing, and support services. BASIC NWFL works to ensure that individuals have access to the resources, treatment, and compassionate care they need while helping prevent the spread of HIV through outreach and education.
Whether you’re a local resident, a visitor, or simply someone who loves our beaches, we invite you to join us for an hour of giving back. Together, we’re making a difference—one cleanup, one volunteer, and one nonprofit at a time.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on June 27. Because of your support, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County received a $1,880 donation, and together we’re helping create a cleaner beach and a stronger community.
