Pineapple Willy's Foundation, Inc. Announces Two New Scholarships

We are thrilled to announce the launch of two new scholarships by Pineapple Willy’s Foundation, Inc. in memory of our beloved founder and a dedicated team member. The William A. Buskell Memorial Scholarship and the Cole Fowler Memorial Scholarship are now open for applications!
Honoring Our Legacy
The William A. Buskell Memorial Scholarship honors our founder and owner, William “Pine” A. Buskell, who passed away in 2021. Pine’s legacy lives on through Pineapple Willy’s, Foundation, Inc. The Foundation is proud to continue his commitment to supporting our community.
The Cole Fowler Memorial Scholarship remembers Cole, a cherished team member who left us too soon in 2019. Cole’s kindness and dedication inspired everyone around him, and we are honored to keep his memory alive through this scholarship.
Scholarship Details
- Eligibility: Open to individuals who work or live in Bay County, or dependents of those who do
- Education: Pursuing higher education at a college or trade school
- Award: Up to $10,000 per scholarship
- Application:
- Print and complete the application from the Foundation’s website
- Submit the application and supporting materials to a manager at Pineapple Willy’s restaurant (9875 S. Thomas Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32407) in a sealed envelope addressed to “Attention: Pineapple Willy’s Foundation, Inc.”
- Deadline: Thursday, June 5, at 5:00 pm central time
